Erst ein Slapstick-Gegentor, dann eine herbe Klatsche: Hansi Flick muss die erfolgreiche Titelverteidigung in der Copa del Rey mit dem FC Barcelona ziemlich sicher abhaken.

Der FC Barcelona des früheren Bundestrainers Hansi Flick kassierte am Donnerstag im Halbfinal-Hinspiel des Pokalwettbewerbs bei Atlético Madrid ein 0:4 (0:4).

Es ist kaum vorstellbar, dass Flicks Mannschaft den Rückstand im Rückspiel in Barcelona am 3. März noch zu drehen vermag.

Sollten die Katalanen ausscheiden, bliebe noch die Titelchance in La Liga, in der Barca die Tabelle mit einem Punkt Vorsprung auf Real Madrid anführt. In der Champions League ist das Flick-Team direkt für das Achtelfinale qualifiziert.

In Madrid läutete ein kapitaler Schnitzer von Torwart Joan García die Demontage ein, der Keeper ließ einen Rückpass von Verteidiger Eric García (8.) unter der Sohle ins eigene Tor rollen.
